Many students spend hours making cartoon graphs of circadian rhythms. Recently I had a request for an R script to make a cartoon of a circadian rhythm modelled on a sine curve.

I have added in a few explanations for placing text and lines on an R graph for those not familiar with modifying base R graphs.
